Who we are
We are a company specializing in logistics, mining and export of mineral commodities, with a special focus on iron ore and manganese.
Within the national reality, with regard to production, outflow, loading processes, port structures and financial logistics, we have one of the best expertise in Brazil.
Today, we operate directly in consumer markets, such as Europe, the United States (where we already have a trading company) and China. We also carry out Door to Door operations through Take Over to democratize and allow the participation of small and medium-sized businesses in consumer centers, avoiding long-term contracts that block any participation by other players. These operations will always be SPOT's.
Goals
In this first development phase of Brusamex, the initial project is the acquisition of 10,000,000 mt (10 million tons) of processed ore and, then, to produce a magnetic concentration to reach the international standard grades and the acquisition of an area of 200 hectares to be transformed into a buffer for most of the Sinter Feed ore, already produced today and distributed across the yards of several mining companies, but in grades of 50% and 60%, and with this buffer and with GAUSTEC machines, we will produce Sinter Feed with magnetic concentration of 64.5%.
With the enhancement of all processes, we aim to reach a production capacity of 600,000,000 mt (600 million tons) month and 100,000 mt (100 thousand tons) month of manganese in one year, with growth of 10% per year in this production in order to meet the demand of the international market, mainly the Chinese market, which today has a repressed demand of 100,000,000 mt (100 million tons) per year and grows 10% per year.
The ore we produce is Iron Ore Fine 64.5% and Maganes Ore 44% to 49%. We intend to establish a continuous improvement to always reach the lowest cost with quality and work hard in the development of our logistics infrastructure, mining, iron ore processing, investing in information technology and personnel qualification. Another point that we consider fundamental in our structure is to maximize the flow of information and develop internal control systems to facilitate and speed up our ability to make decisions and meet our customers' demands.
